KangaRoof just replaced my roof 2 days ago. I know I might be bias because I work at this company but I want to share my experience and give big kudos to De’Andre (superintendent). The roofing crew arrived early in the morning, they did not bother us at all, they waited until the sun was out to start working and be respectful of all my neighbors. De’Andre communicated with me at least 4 times during the day, one of those times was to let me know that they had found 2 small issues (decking needed to be replaced), pointed where and explained to me what they were doing to correct them. During the removal of the old shingles, the were 2 crew members picking up the trash constantly and by the end of the day they had cleaned all around my house. Next day, De’Andre did a walk through around the house with me, so we could check everything and make sure everything was done to my satisfaction. They were very thorough with everything and I really appreciate everyone of them! I love my new roof! S

Kanga Roof's Advisor stayed with our initial hail damage claim for two years. Surprisingly in 2021, our insurance provider responded to our original Kanga Roof claim by utilizing drone inspection and offering to replace only a few select shingles (which we declined to accept), even as over half a dozen directly and closely neighboring homes received complete roof replacements deriving from the same hail storm. Kanga Roof's Advisor (the original one) helped us initiate a new claim this year (2023) by being diplomatically present during a visit and inspection by a representative from our insurance provider. Operating on the roof together as an organically symbiotic team, they carefully and thoroughly documented both prior and recent hail damages as being clearly differentiated and cumulative in their detrimental effects on our roof's integrity.
