They had their sister company Koala Cooling call me with in minutes. Martin called me & walked me through my issues over the phone. Now that's customer service. KangaRoof just replaced my roof 2 days ago. I know I might be bias because I work at this company but I want to share my experience and give big kudos to De’Andre (superintendent). The roofing crew arrived early in the morning, they did not bother us at all, they waited until the sun was out to start working and be respectful of all my neighbors. De’Andre communicated with me at least 4 times during the day, one of those times was to let me know that they had found 2 small issues (decking needed to be replaced), pointed where and explained to me what they were doing to correct them. During the removal of the old shingles, the were 2 crew members picking up the trash constantly and by the end of the day they had cleaned all around my house. Next day, De’Andre did a walk through around the house with me, so we could check everything and make sure everything was done to my satisfaction. They were very thorough with everything and I really appreciate everyone of them! I love my new roof! S
