I called to schedule a service call and originally, I was told someone would be able to go out there in two days, once I explained to Mia that it was for my grandmother who did not have electricity in her bathrooms (which she is high risk for falls due to her age 91), she was able to accommodate me and get someone out there the next day. Thank you, Mia, for having compassion for my grandmother's situation and locating a technician that would be in that area the next day. Luis, the technician did an amazing job identifying the issue and quickly resolved it for my grandmother. He also called me and explained what he observed and what he recommended our next steps be to avoid further issues. He also expressed his concerns for potential hazards regarding her almost 50-year-old home. I used absolute power to switch out a couple of light fixtures and I definitely recommend them! Luis and Eddy were the techs that came on site to do the job and they were great!! One of the light fixtures that we wanted replaced was in a tricky spot above the staircase, but they figured out a way to reach it and did an excellent job! They were polite, picked up after themselves, and were very careful throughout the process. They even offered to help us move some furniture while they were here as a kind favor!
