We had an awesome experience with Caliente. We woke up to a waterfall of water under our house. They came out right away and not only fixed our problem they corrected “other” plumbers short cut work. Rolo not only was professional he cared and helped us. Thank you for taking care of our family. Service: Plumbing leak repair

DO NOT USE. They do not tell you what they charge and then RIP you off. $742 to install one toilet that we had already bought. took one hour. Then said we needed a shut off valve for sprinkler system that would cost over $300. Lucky we called Atlas Plumbing they came out said we had a shut off valve and charged us $135. NEVER use CALIENTE EVER. We had a broken toilet so we went and purchased a new one. The person Caliente Plumbing was at our house for about an hour and charged us $742.00 to install one toilet. Then later that day he had to come out again as he had not installed it correctly and it was still leaking. This is Highway Robbery, do NOT USE!! Service: Toilet installation

While getting a new AC was not on our agenda, I have to say Caliente was quick to se d a tech to assess and the install was very next day. Also Arlene at the office was so nice! We are traveling and we’re able to take care of very conveniently.
