Very nice gentleman came on time.I knew where issue was and explained what I had done and with 90% assurance where issue was . I was presented with 4 or 5 options to undo a clog in restroom. Starting at $400.00 up to over 1000.00 ..I chose the lowest option. Clog was undone in approx..21 minutes.He did his job and thank goodness I wasn't gullible enough to take one of the other 4 options that weren't necessary to undue the clog. It's just frustrating to spend 20$ a minute to fix a item and if I wasn't aware enough, it could have easily reached $50 plus a minute ...If this is the way its now done today for the plumbing industry.then I'm in the wrong biz!!! So responsive! I was able to get someone over within a few hours of my call for help with inconsistent water pressure at my house. Not only did Ryan figure out the problem, but he offered suggestions to self-remedy should it come up again. He was efficient, excellent at communication and affordable. Thanks!
