SA Specialties Air Conditioning and Heating

SA Specialties was my second choice after calling the "pink van" company and I am so glad I went with my second choice! SA Specialties replaced my entire unit for an affordable price compared to the "pink van" company. The ladies in the office were so nice and professional. The techs that came out to our house were courteous and respectful to our property. Chris who helped us deciding on a unit to Sal & Juan who installed the very next day. I will be recommending SA Specialties to my family and friends if ever they need AC assistance. Service: Install AC

Great company! If you need a new AC unit, Jose is your guy. Team did a great job even though there were some hick ups along the way. I would recommend to a family member.

Update 9/9/2023 After having my 3 year old unit serviced by LRoy on 8/24 and given a wonderful report, it then breaks down over Labor Day weekend. My family, pets and I suffered through triple digit heat. The house was sitting at 98 degrees. I had to purchase a hotel for 3 days. They sent Andy out on Tuesday who then tells me it’s the thermostat. He gets it running. I buy a new thermostat. I haven’t installed it yet. One week later 9/9/2023, the entire motor is broken. Jose comes to deliver this news to me. He also says he doesn’t know when the parts will come or when they will fix it. It’s Saturday night and I’m at a loss of what to do. Let me also mention that my unit stopped working during the coldest part of 2022. I have lost all high expectations from this company. When they sell you a brand new unit and you purchase their warranty, they promise they will be there day or night to fix the issue. Don’t believe them. This is twice now. A new unit shouldn’t have all these problems. I
