Ovie was my technician for my quarterly maintenance. He was thorough and answered all my questions. My freon was low in one of my systems. We discussed as to why it was low and options available to find a leak vs just adding more freon. I opted to have him see if there was a leak. I requested him to come back for my next quarterly visit.
