I made an appointment w/Temperature Pro for routine maintenance and a summer checkup on our 2 AC systems. Ronny, our service technician, was on time and VERY thorough. He asked several times if we had any questions for him and he was happy to answer them. He recommended we have a repair done at some point, but did not pressure us at all to have it done immediately. He explained why the repair was needed and it could be done later, and we opted to go ahead and have it done. I highly recommend Temperature Pro without hesitation. Lee was very professional, thorough, and found a number of issues we hadn't been able to determine on our own that will help our HVAC run more efficiently. He was very respectful of our home and not making/leaving messes.
