Friendly, professional, polite, and on time. Part of our old A/C went out in the evening, and they were out first thing the next morning. Gave us a few options, from replacing as little as possible, to the entire system. Due to the age of our system, we opted to replace everything. While we couldn't get everything installed that day, they returned with portable A/C units to hold us over until the next morning. Again, they showed up on time and had everything ripped out and replaced shortly after lunch. They even blew additional insulation into the attic. While I don't usually enjoy spending large chunks of money on the house, the pricing was well explained, as were my options, and I never felt pressured into anything, nor did I feel taken advantage of. Big name local company wanted over $1300 to fix 3 separate issues. I called Pepcal on a Tuesday evening about my AC not cooling. I was scheduled for Thursday morning. They fixed my issue forcless than half the cost. And I only had 1 issue that was causing my system not to cool. It's been 5 days and my system is working great!
