I needed two outlets in my back porch. So, I contacted Mr. Electric. Michael Rogers was the technician that showed up at my home. He explained the process and what to expect. Along the way he was always asking me if I had any questions or concerns. Michael Rogers also conducted and inspection of my inner and outer electrical panels to ensure everything was OK. His conduct was very professional. Extremely knowledgeable and explained everything very well. I would definitely request Michael Rogers with Mr. Electric with all my future Electrical needs.

They changed out old light fixtures with new ones. I am totally satisfied from start to finish. Service tech was on time, friendly, professional, and explained everything.
