We had our outdoor electric panel replaced, whole house surge protector installed and electrical supply upgraded to 200 amps. Our electrician, John, was very professional and patient explaining everything the he was going to do and why; answering our questions truthfully and thoroughly. Technician was knowledgeable, patient, committed to doing the best job, and friendly. I'm glad he did an electrical inspection beyond the reason I engaged the company. Additional problems were identified that were festering over the course of 25yrs that had the potential for danger or the effects of electrical surges. The cost was reasonable and my tech followed up the day after the job and clarified some questions I had. Main lesson learned is that your home's electrical system needs maintenance just as your vehicle does.
