Quest plumbing is respectful and knowledgeable. They have serviced my plumbing needs for several years and Matt's father before that. They took care of a major sewer rerouting that required coordination with the city and my neighborhood HOA. There were no problems. When my home recently sold, I made sure the new owners had information about Quest Plumbing. Used to be the best service, but has gone downhill since Clint left. Got charged even though we explained the issue on the phone, for them to say they couldn’t fix it.

We have used Quest Plumbing one other time a few years ago to repair a water heater. This time they were with us for 12 hours, patiently looking for a leak in a foundation pipe. Briley & Lane were professional, diligent, and did a great job finding the leak and offering several repair options. We are confident that the issue is resolved.
