Micheal D. was our assigned tech. He was wonderful! Not only was he efficient, communicative & arrived on time, but he made sure to educate me on different aspects of my new home & told me about potential problems to look out for in the future. He was very transparent when it came to the labor that needed to be done to our HVAC system. I understood what needed to be done & why. He is very friendly & we got so lucky to have him as our tech! The other reviews are true. John was great on the first visit to explain everything and just as good on the day of the install. Best part was he gave me an option that solved my issue that another company didnt even iffer me. Solution was also less expensive. Going to use again. I was happy with Chris that did electrical work for us on our pool equipment. He was courteous and professional. Upon completion, he asked me to come back and explained the work he had done. Although the parts they ordered were delayed, they were able to install when they received it, and I look forward to using this company in the future.
