We moved to our home a little less than a year ago and called to schedule routine maintenance on a two year old HVAC system installed by Just Right. Carver was polite and thorough and spent extra time explaining things about our system since it was new to us. Our system has been working well both winter and summer and the service plan seems like a good value and provides peace of mind.

They came out the same day. They were extremely professional and diagnosed the problem with the AC and fixed it on the spot. Chad took the time to explain to me how to better care for the system. He was knowledgeable and friendly, but not overwhelming if you know what I mean. I will always request him to do any future repairs and highly recommend them all!
