Kim was always communicating giving updates and answering questions. The crew Jorge, Miguel and Antonio took great care and very friendly cleaning up every night and would try to go out of the way to help me out moving things outside the house. Overall, I'd highly recommend Shingle Pro for your roofing and gutter needs. They're honest, do great quality work, and will serve you well. Jason, Kim, and their team were a pleasure to work with from start to finish. In 2022, we had them replace the roof on our personal home and rental. The sales presentation was educational (not high pressure), they helped with the insurance company, they were always responsive, and Jason did a final walkthrough to ensure every promise was fulfilled. They do everything right, including pulling permits.
