Our water heater sprung a leak and were grateful we were home because the floor drain was clogged and we would have had a disaster if we were out of town. My son-in-law recommended Harris-Dudley and we contacted them immediately. The lady who I called for help, and I'm sorry I can't remember her name, was outstanding in being able to secure installers to come the next day for a replacement. I observed their workmanship and it was also outstanding compared with the unit that was replaced. I would highly recommend them if you want it done right the first time.

when we had a problem with no/low water pressure at our home, we called Harris-Dudley because of their good reviews. We’re so glad we did because our problem was diagnosed and resolved by Nathan, who was so thorough as he worked - explaining what was wrong, what he would do to fix it, and what we’d need to be aware of with our current plumbing system. In our case, we had a bad water pressure regulator. Nathan was great, and I feel like not only did he provide a great service, but I felt we got a good value too. I Love Harris-Dudley Company. I wish I had found them years earlier. It is easy to make an appointment, they keep to their schedule, their services are efficient and fairly priced, . I especially like Will Franssen as my technician. He is so able, informative and considerate. They leave with the job well done and no mess. Truly a 5 star company.
