Stott Plumbing & Excavating

We came home one night to a swimming pool on our front yard. We called HomeServe, between them and Stott Plumbing, our problem was fixed in less than 24 hours. We are so super grateful to their professional, courteous employees for working quickly. They not only fixed this problem, but have been out multiple times since we've been in our house to fix the sewer line. We are always amazed by the work they do, and how easy they make it for us, especially since we work from home. *review is not for work done but for a consultation scheduled via my warranty with HomeServe* Max was the technician sent out to inspect my sewer line that's backing up. Although I don't have 'interior' plumbing coverage on my HomeServe warranty, he was able to tell me that my issue is my interior sewer line and not the main/exterior line (which would have been covered). He was super helpful in explaining the issue and the fix and even gave me a quote in care my home warranty doesn't cover the issue. I will absolutely reach back out to Stott in the future for plumbing issues. Their pricing, communication and customer service was great. Thank you Max for coming to check things out!

Ben and his helper arrived in a timely manner. I love that their app allowed me to track their arrival time. Once they arrived they got straight to work and quickly diagnose the issue with my clogged toilet. They were in and out quickly and did their job in a clean and professional manner.
