Chris with Dring was AMAZING!! He showed up to my residence and was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Inspected my units ran some tests and immediately diagnosed the problem. Took the time to explain to me so that I understood what exactly was the issue with my unit and then explain the steps on how to get it resolved.
