I reached out to Jennings Plumbing through a referral who highly recommended them. I had a leak in my kitchen that needed to be looked at. Timothy arrived on time and was very professional. I appreciated how he answered all of my questions and kept me in the loop of the services he was providing. He was upfront with the pricing (if work needed to be done), and detailed how much it would first at every step of the detection of the leak. Thankfully, the leak was coming from the appliance, so no extensive work needed to be performed. I was very happy about that, but was somewhat surprised at the final bill. I do appreciate the work and the detection of the problem, but the cost of labor for less than a hours work caught me off guard. It will not stop me from recommending Jennings or using them again in the future as I was satisfied with the professionalism and transparency throughout the process. When I use them going forward I'll remember the saying of "you pay for what you get" I guess.

After contacting Jennings Plumbing, they reached out to me the same day with an estimate of the cost and scheduled the work within a short time. They answered all my questions promptly and kept me informed regarding the appointment. The technician Jordan was professional and did an excellent job on repairs & installation of new water heater & disposal. Price was reasonable. I will definitely use Jennings Plumbing again!
